Nestled in the vibrant district in the middle of Obergiesing-Fasangarten, our beautiful house offers a range of comfortable accommodations. The shared house is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for your convenience.
Accommodations:
1 house with privat rooms and two common areas
4 modern and cozy rooms each named after Bavarian river such as Isar, Inn, Donau, Main
1 well-equipped kitchen with enough devices, so everyone can cook comfortably (2 fridges, 2 freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Ofen…)
3 clean and spacious bathrooms (You share your Bathroom with max. 1 or 2 floor neighbors)
washing machine and dryer’s (of course its free 😉 )
We are pleased to offer you 14-45m² rooms from €790 per person. The whole house is renovated, the Bathrooms new in 2018 and come fully furnished, providing you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. High-speed internet, electricity, heating, and water are all included in the price. A refundable €1800 security deposit ensures peace of mind during your stay, which you get back by leaving your room in good conditions.

Our location couldn’t be more ideal. Bavaria Casa Number 3 is centrally located in Munich, 81549, and allows for hassle-free registration with the local authorities (KVR).
Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and a bakery for your everyday needs.
Cyclists and joggers will appreciate the nearby bicycle and jogging forest called ‘Perlacher-Forst’
Public transportation is a breeze, with a bus stop at ‘Oberzellerstr’ and Sbahn Station ‘Fasangarten’ just a 2 or 8 minute walk away.

Yes, after signing the contract. We aim to respect the current tenants and avoid inconveniencing them (or you in the future) with 50-100 applicants per room.
